Late Post

Its been 2 weeks already since i posted anything. A lot of things happened. Got my lead test results, went for a birthday feast of one of the tycoons in philippines, our proposal got approved and equipment is being ordered to built in the factory, my supervisor also had a car accident.
Last week, i received my results, i have 28micrograms/decilitre, which meant i am moderate exposure to lead. But joshua and my supervisor had a higher rating at 29mg/dl..... That would be 3 time higher than normal exposure!! I saw 4 perm stuffs that works on the field, the had a range between 57 to 88 which is very critical!! Now they are in serious state where our company have to pay for medicine to cure them....zzz
The tycoon birthday feast was awesome, we had 8 dishes of food, of which 2 dish contains sharkfins, 1 roasted suckling pig, 2 stonefish and some others which i dun know what i had eaten. Some food which i dun even get to eat in my life!! The feast was awesome, think it may cost him at least 800 sing per table!! Best of all, each table was issue with one red wine and gordon blue, lucky i was only force to have a cup of red wine!! No pictures as that was a feast and we were dressed formally.
Today i will type to here, lazy to update as now is being spyed in the office as we were caught slacking in the room! Somemore by the big boss! So no choice, have to be in the office, being eyed by the workers....zzz But they are also good people too, chats and sometimes buy food for us too! Next time then!

Late Post But Got OMAN AGAIN

Last week on Saturday, we went to TimFu Restaurant as one of our big boss's friend, Uncle Kelvin had asked our supervisor to help him in the installation of his new laptop. Upon reaching there early, we sat down to order our food and drinks, so we can finish our dinner before they come. That day was crowed and we sat on our usual table. Suddenly, Big boss other friends Uncle Steve...etc came and sat on our same table as their usual table is occupied. Then came our dinner. The occupants of our table just went on ahead and dig into our food using their personal utensils instead of the public untensils. We dare not to make noise since they are big boss friends. We just go ahead and have our dinner. Then Uncle Kelvin arrive at the right time. Thinking he can save us, he say to our supervisor, sign under Big Boss name, since the clients ate our share!! Maurice was shock, and told him nevermind, as we can still pay. Then Uncle Kelvin played another trick, he told the chef to cook 1 shark fin soup for us!! And this all adds up to over what maurice can pay, and he told maurice, now sign, and told the manager, no sign no go, must sign then go, and no cash too!! Then we can see our supervisor with his sadden face, signed under big boss name....zzz But that meal was really power!! The sharkfin is not like what we ate in normal wedding. The whole fin was intact and not shred to pieces like the restaurant in singapore, and the taste was heavenly!! And best of all, it only cost S$50, so cheap, before i go back singapore, i will go eat again!!

Then on monday, we went to the beach to celebrate the birthday of our colleague. The beach was not as nice as in singapore, but it have its own habitat and sea creatures in the water. We found starfish, crab, hermit crab, and the best thing is, SEA CUCUMBER!! And somemore its alive too. First time seen it too!! Haha. But it was a bit too muddy and upon stepping on it, we can sink real deep!! And joshua got a cut on his toe due to it. And we saw people doing fishing using a big net and squids, fish and crabs were its products. Now then i know that squid will turn translucent or white near its death. Not the usual purple pigment skin. Something new i learn. I also saw the eggs of the squids, found lying on the seabed. It was like yucky and slimy.... and the feel and touch really sucks. Then my colleague found a live coral. I touched it too!! First time in my life to touch a real life coral near the shore line. Whoohoo, good experience too. The feel was like the squid tentacles, sucky ur finger onto it. The the locals attempt to dig it out but failed as the digging created a mess and hid the coral deeper....zzzz

Oman Again

Yesterday i and joshua and my supervisor went to renew our passport. Upon reaching there, we found out from the officers there that we have overstay for 17 days!! WTF!! The embassy in Singapore bluff us!! Fuck that fat bitch!! She say can stay till the expiry day on the day we receive our VISA!! The VISA upon getting it in Singapore, we found it weird that the time lenght was more than 59 days!! Then we went to ask her and she gave a reply saying can stay till that day!!
Lucky our boss and the officer got connections, they helped us settled the problem in an hours time. And during that time, we were being view as illegal immigrant!! And we had been illegal immigrant for the past 17 days. Now we are no more illegal as we had our passport renewed. But for the 2 in manila, 1 is an illegal immigrant, the other will be back to singapore. He may be caught in the custom as he had overstay his time already. Keep your fingers cross, as we may see headlines of man from philippines overstay and got deported back to singapore. And attempted bribery at philippines customs....haha

7th Month

Finally i am back. These few days were really chaotic. I am feeling so stress that our boss is here and he seems to be very unhappy with us OJT in Cebu. I have a gut feeling that it is the 2 market spoilers in Manila sabotage us, by working very hard, efficiently, and even outshine us!! WTF!! The difference between them and us is that, their materials can be acquired easily due to their efficient PCO, but our PCO, which we requested her to buy the materials from 3 weeks ago, have not even come yet....haiz Then the equipment here is very lousy, or should i say, they are all make shift equipment by the OJT!! And when i submitted an article to our chief engineer for advise, he dun even have time to read. WTF!! I finish reading and understand in an hour by my given idiotic brain, but he have a degree in chemical engineering yet he cannot spend 30 mins to read...haiz But still, i understand this as the factory become very busy since big boss came and disrupt the peaceful era of the factory.....
Ok, enough of ranting. Why i meant 7th month is that something weird happened to me last night!! After going out for some drinks and 18 rounds of pool, i came back with an upset stomach. I dun feel so right, so i took Joshua's Tiger Balm and applied on my stomach, and went to bed immediately. After lying for a while, i felt like going to the toilet, and something happened. I OPENED MY EYES AND I SEE NOTHING!!! NOTHING!! PURE BLACKNESS!! I try moving my hanging towel away from the side of my bed to look at the window, and still, i see darkness, no light at all!! I was so shock, scared, and afraid i will lose my sight. Then i went back closing my eyes, putting my arm on eyes and rest again, thinking its a dream. Then it was like after a moment of rest i opened my eyes, i could starting seeing things again. I really dun know what happened. Was it a dream or was it real, i do not know for sure but it was really scary....haiz
Will update again when i am free. And today's the day which big boss will fly!! Hope he reach his destination and get stuck there. Come back when we are about to leave would be the best!!

Sleep Sleep Sleep

Today is a non-working day. I cannot imagine how many hours i have slept. It seems that i am really tired. I slept last night at 11pm, woke up at 7 am, went back to sleep at 10am, then woke up at 3pm..... a total of 13hours....whoohoo. Now i overdose of sleep, feeling sleepy again. So this post is to let me relax before i sleep again. So goodnight!!

Again, very sianzzz nothing to do so just type....waste time. Big Boss still here, so cannot sleep. Now is just sit back at the com and watch anime to kill time. Now watching murder princess.
How time flies, its already been 11 weeks already. I am left with 42 days in Cebu to enjoy. Wanna know how i get that number, its from a program which most NSF know if they are clerks. Dun think i am some stupid nerd that counts the date with its hand in the calender.
At this time of writing, we are waiting for the medical team to arrive for a blood test to see our lead level. Considering here, the percentage of me getting poison is very high. As the working environment i am now in has many lead particles. Even in my room, there are lead particles too. So chances of me having a higher amount of lead level is also high....haiz
Ok, me stop writing to follow up my show and see if i pass the lead test or not. If not, i can start saving up for the coffin and fuck u odex, after if i die, u cannot sue me....FUCK U!! And curse the stock market!! Tumple more, more people jump tracks, best jump at peak hours!! And wheres the trusty government analyst that say good market for the next few months.... Haha, all tio oman by them and join the market!! Kudos to 66.6% that chose that team!!

Lead Poisoning

Almost another week have pass, and we still have not got our chemical for the testing. What to do, its already near end of august already. I feel so sianz...zzz Maybe at the first place i should not even come here too. And now, our engineers and supervisor feels that we have lead poisoning in the factory as our factory manufactures lead ingots from lead acid batteries. And the PPE worn dun even seem to have any effects of protecting us.
These are the symptoms of lead poisoning

General physical symptoms

• Stomachaches, cramping, constipation, or diarrhea
• Nausea, vomiting
• Persistent, unexplained fatigue
• Headache
• Muscle weakness
• Higher rates of tooth decay

Behavioral symptoms in adults

• Irritability

Neurological symptoms (caused by effects of lead on the nervous system)

• Poor coordination
• Weakness in hands and feet
• Headaches

Out of all these, some of our workers have complaint that they are having

Oman Week

This weekend is really oman week. On Saturday, we went to play pool at the bar, and got owned by the ladies at the bar, and i kept on "tycoing", shooting in the black ball for 3 times even i dun intend to shoot that in. After that we went back office and had a game of dota, and also tio oman, even we had easy AI already. Haizzz.
Then on Sunday, we slept for really long hours again and went out for massage at night. And it was quite cheap, we took up the promo, 500peso for 3 massages. Then i went into my room, the lady never ask anything, just started pressing....and i think she used all her strength and it was very painful and until i couldn't take it, i asked her to lower the pressure. After the massage, then i got to know from my supervisor that koreans like to come here and they always go for the highest pressure. Then the girl thought i korean, then gave me the hardest.
After that, we went to play games back at office and at 5am, we went to MCD for breakfast. Ordered a 2piece pancake and Rice Burger for breakfast. The best part is that, when joshua asked for extra butter, it cost an extra 8 peso, but when asked for maple syrup, she say free flow on top of the cupboard at a corner. Upon closer inspection, the cupboard is a dustbin for the waste food!! WTF, put food on top of it. I then took the maple syrup to my table. After a while, my boss saw a fly in his cup!! And joshua got served wrongly. Josh ordered an apple pie, but he receive a taro pie in a apple pie warpping!! WTF, demand a change too!! Really oman for philippines MCD!! Ask for extra butter/special sauce have to pay 8peso, but when come to maple syrup, it become free flow!! WTF, though maple syrup more expensive though....haiz nvm then.

This has been a boring week again. We tested the burning of lead paste to recover lead but to no avail, and some black brittle substance formed instead. And we do not know how to test it. And this goes on for another few days. Then finally, i and my supervisor went to ask our engineer for help. Guess what he suggest, he suggested encapsulation for the lead paste. I was like WTF!! When we burn the white clay, we were able to recover 60% worth of lead!! Encapsulation, make bricks, build home with it!! Sooner or later will get lead poisoning!! But i think they will only do encapsulation, not make bricks. If u find any companies doing so, good luck!! Beware of lead posioning.

This week, we just play dota every night in the office, and most of the time is we get owned. The map was 6.43b AI 1.4+... It was like wtf, they are all so strong!! And they level up like nobodies business, and they are freak good at denying creep!! The only time we won't was when we used team that spam poison, spikes, waves and breath. It was such team that we own. Haiz. Go dotahomer to dl the map if dun believe its not hard, try insane or normal, dun use NE function, u will cry...zzz

Well and Alive

Finally, i am back and alive. No more cough tempory. Joshua also had a bad week as he had gastric flu due to some dirty food he ate. But still, he is also back and alive. During the week, what i had been doing are just burning the lead paste, testing for the amount of lead that can be recovered. And now both my arm are aching due to the burning device i held during the smelting process. It was very tedious as i was doing it alone since Joshua was down. So its a one man show for 2 days. But still, i made it. The recovery of lead from the white clay was 60% with addition of charcoal. It seems good but then, i still believe that there can be more to be recovered. But i am still blurred on the process and the required chemical i requested from the company was still not here yet. And when my supervisor break the news to our big boss, my supervisor say he was very happy and ask us to produce a report on the test results. Haizzz, thats extra work again....zzz No choice, i have to wait till joshua is back and kicking well for him to write the report as my english is still poor.

Over the week, i have seen a lot of big hoo haa in singapore for the anime download. Think i am gonna get the letter soon as i also download bleach and naruto to watch. The fine is gonna kill me and my bro as the price is a high one to pay since i and my bro is not working. Why can't they follow the previous method during the mp3 download saga, issue warning letters and spare them for the first time, only when they continues then fine them. It would be a nice way. So tilli get my letter, i am gonna oblige to the law and stop the downloading of anime, and hope that they can spare me. Please spare me!! ODEX, i don't wanna be odexed!

Sick and more sick

My illness have gone a worst turn. Now my nose is having more mucus than usual. My cough have subsided. But i feel more energetic which i do not know why. But must be the living style i had the past 2 days. My superior gave me rest day, which benefits me and indirectly also benefit Joshua. I was given permission to rest for the whole day on friday since i was down with cough. And good enough, i slept through the whole morning till 5pm. Joshua did the same thing, resting to walk a further path, missing our lunch, which i feel bad as my superior who always go lunch with us also missed his lunch. I felt very bad over it. Lucky a colleague of mine invited all of us to a birthday party. During the birthday party, my superiors say, drink beer good, kill the germs. And i had a couple of drinks on friday. It seems to be that filippinos tend to celebrate their child's first birthday. And the food that cannot be missing is the spaghetti pasta which was very delicious. Another few delicacies are roasted pig, salad and their local ice-cream. Had a few of their local food except those that are harmful to my throat like ice-cream...etc No Pictures as i did not bring my camera along. Too sick to think of that.
On saturday, my boss also allow me to rest since i did not recover that day too. Then as usual, i slept through lunch till after office work. Haizz.... i really do not know why i am so weak. All these resting and taking drugs, i could not recover from the illness... i also dunno why. Seems like i have to rest well on sunday. Till i recover, then i will post again.

Sick

Again, i fell sick. Now is down with sore throat, last time was motion sickness. Now very pain in throat. Just got robitussin cough syrup. Felt very bad now not able to talk, and my food source became very little liao, cannot eat fry stuff, cold drinks....etc. Now is scare transfer to my colleagues so have to hide aside siam direct cough contact. If they kenna, also very jialat. Lucky i got take anti-flu jab, else now i will be having fever with the cough. So having a sore throat still okay, can walk run...etc. Just cannot speak or talk. Now is wait for the ZZZ monster to attack me and wait for the anti-bodies of mine to kick into action and regenerate my throat!!

Sleepy

Whaa.... i am so sleepy sia. Due to the fact i play dota, granado espada every night till 12am, and i have to drive back to the company too. Haizz, this life is really jialat. Super unhealthy. And now my throat is having some problems, felt a bit sore, and my lips are cracking. I am dying soon. Think must go see doc or buy cough sweets liao, else outbreak, i will die jialat jialat!!

We just submitted our project proposal.... Think we can just pack up and go home. I dun wish to continue with the idea i came up with as its not worth the trouble....zzz The work required is too long and expansive, and during the testing, the paste used is not like small quantity, but in weight of 50KG....etc So die liao if the idea dun work....

Failure

Yesterday, we tested the method on recovery of lead from lead sulphate. It was a total failure. We mixed the lead paste and sodium carbonate at a 1:1 weight ration instead of mole ratio. Then we use the welding kit to burn. It forms a layer of dried metal. Judging from the color, i suspect it is red lead and yellow lead, as there was a lot of such materials forming up....zzzz But i saw some parts of the mixture turn silverish, which i can safely presumed that it is lead. haiz.....
How, what to do..... we are so dead!! Why can't our big boss gib us the project on the raw ore and extract lead and zinc from it since from what i heard is using simple and cheap components...zzz WTF
Will write more but for now, need to do clean up as there are some inspectors coming to check the area.

Finally, i survived the ordeal without presenting as i did a non-formal presentation to our boss last night at around 12.30am. He agreed to let us test but he is still concern about the money issues....haiz Why can't he just spend money, employ a better engineer, follow the template introduced to him and make one of an exact model....zzz haiz.... But never mind, i shall reveal my method. Since Lead Sulfate is so stable, i shall add in Sodium Carbonate to extract the lead. Though Sodium Carbonate not so reactive, i just hope that it can react with Lead Sulfate. Then after the mixture, throw everything in to burn with coke to obtain lead. Its a cock process but this was what was suggested by our boss... haha, even if i wanna apply my idea, of doing a filtration before throwing it everything in, all have to be approved first. And another way is ammonium carbonate, it requires ammonium carbonate to be at low wt% in the mixture, then add in the battery mud for it to react, and the process should do twice for best effect!! If that is the case, amount of water use is a lot!!! WTF!! But if it become a continuous process, the water will not be a lot as there are filtration and the water can be reuse..... But provided the process is successful...haiz, which i felt is impossible.... So i shall proceed with mission impossible 1!!

Ok, end of rattling? Heres more, i also sianz of the recovery of lead from lead sulfate, can't they just provide us with another project like extracting lead and zinc from crude ore!! Haizz..... Manila group is lucky as the people there know their stuff and gave them the answer to how to extract gold from PCB boards.....lucky them, project get A already. Here want any materials, all need permit and big boss acknowledgment....zzz Too bad, this is what ka kias have to do and suffer....
